June Recap

A quick recap of things that happened this month.

» June was full of climate events

Earlier this month, I attended the Hollywood Climate Summit. Highly recommend. They explore a wide range of topics through the lens of entertainment and media. I've been going to this conference since they started 2020. Hands down, one of my favorite conferences. Check out their YouTube channel full of previous sessions.

I then attended SF Design Week, during which, I co-produced an event called, "Reshaping Climate Through Design" with my friends over at Pact studio. It's always great getting a bunch of designers in the room to talk about climate action.

And last week, I attended the Climate Designers Bay Area event, an augmented reality walking tour and meetup focused on climate resilience and adaptation efforts for the waterfront in San Francisco. So cool to see what the city is doing to address sea level rise.

» Discussing how design for climate is a creative act

I had the pleasure of talking with my buddy Justin Lokitz on his new podcast, Design Shift.

» A Climate Designers Update: Summer 2025

A quick update about Climate Designers, what we've been doing, and fall 2025 plans.

» What I got into this past month

Here is a list of what I (mostly) watched, listened to, read during the month related the design and/or climate.

Here is May in case you missed it.

I'm excited to build out this new blog/newsletter. I finally have a place to host all of my thoughts, events, and news.

Feel free to forward this to a friend or colleague.
