I host the Doom & Bloom podcast from Climate Designers. Below is my recap of the latest episode.
This podcast is really about creating space.
Space for people to think out loud. Space for wild ideas to collide. Space where designers can share their thoughts beyond Figma or Zoom.
Every episode is a collaboration. Not just between me and the guests, but with the team behind the podcast, Holden, Jackie, and Camille.
Doom & Bloom isn't another talking-head podcast where experts lecture about problems we already know exist. This is a brainstorm podcast. A virtual creative workshop. A place where imagination thrives.
We know what we need to do to address our climate breakdown. What we're missing is the collective courage to imagine them working at scale. To see the connections between disciplines. To stop asking permission and start building.
Season one was us figuring out how to do this. Season two? We're leaning into the weird. Bringing together smart people who have no business being in the same conversation. Finding the threads that connect them. Making space for the unexpected.
This is the work. It's not just talking about climate action. It's creating the conditions for it to happen.
See you next season.
