Who's in the room?

A lot of climate strategy gets created by the same types of people talking to each other.

Over the years, I've seen the power of diverse voices coming together to shape better futures, solving big challenges, and reaching equitable goals.

I'm building out ReFrame with this same idea.

I want behavior scientists, anthropologists, cultural critics in the same room. I also want philosophers, Indigenous leaders, youth voices, policy wonks, finance people, creative technologists, community builders, designers, storytellers, media strategists.

And most importantly, frontline communities and the independent practitioners closest to the problem.

I created these kinds of groups in the past through workshop facilitation and community-driven projects. Outreach, context setting, and holding space are important tools in my toolkit.

What I don't have is the infrastructure around it yet. So I need two people specifically.

  1. A Business Maverick: someone who can develop strategic partnerships with orgs and communities, generate leads, negotiate deals, etc
  2. A Funding Scout: someone who can find funding opportunities, open funding conversations, build relationships, and help land our first few paying sessions

A background in climate or social impact is a plus.
